TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- The registration fee will be paid in RON at the exchange rate from the date of the proforma invoice.
- Limited places available. Registration will be made in the order received.
- The participation can be transferred to another person at no extra cost, upon prior written notification.
- The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch, as well as to the official documentation of the event and speakers` presentations (upon their prior approval).
- Cancellation can be made upon written notification.
- Cancellations that are made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a refund of 70% of the registration fee, the rest consisting of administrative expenses.
- Cancellations that are made less than 30 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- Payments will be made prior to the event, upon receiving the proforma issued by Media Kompass SRL.
- The Bank Transfer will be made to SC Media Kompass SRL, VAT No.: RO 17521470, Trade Registration No. J40/7702/2005, IBAN: RO31 RZBR 0000 0600 1928 5666, Raiffeisen Bank, Agency: Lacul Tei.
- The tax invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation.
Please note that by filling in and sending the herein registration form you express your approval to have your data processed by Media Kompass SRL, in order to issue the proforma and tax invoices correspondent to the participation to the event. The herein form is equivalent of a contract between parties.
